Snape and Filch
It initially appears as though Snape is cursing/hexing Harry during the quidditch game, but we later learn that he is muttering the counter-curse as Quirrell is cursing Harry.
On pg. 182, Snape says “How are you supposed to keep your eyes on all three heads at once?” to Argus Filch.
- What other instances can you think of so far when Snape appears guilty of something he isn’t actually guilty of?

- Do the other professors, even those who weren’t involved in the protection of the stone, know?
- Why would Filch know about Fluffy?
